1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access or use by you of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by OkBike.
2. Non-Financial Services Disclosure
OkBike is a bike (motorbike) repair service app connecting customers with mechanics / garages. We are NOT a financial institution. We do not offer loans, insurance, or banking services.
The terms 'warranty' (for repair guarantee) and 'price/rate' (for service charges) on our website/app are related to mechanical services, not financial products. We do not deal with any financial services or products.
3. The Services
OkBike is a technology platform that enables users to arrange and schedule logistics and bike repair services with independent third-party providers of such services.
4. User Accounts
In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.
